Match Fees and Annual Subscription Information

The committee have decided to freeze Match Fees and Annual Subscription for the 2009-2010 season. If you have any queries and are still not sure how much you have to play, please speak to your Captains. The deadline for payment, as always is before 31st October 2009 to be considered for selection.

If you have any problems about payment, please inform your captain otherwise selection may not be guaranteed from late payment.

A tribute night for Mr. Dilip Patel has been organised for Saturday 29th August 2009

Men's Training Starting

Men's Training resumes at long last.

It starts on Thursday 6th August at Harper Green from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.

Please can you try to attend.

Chairmans' Message to All Members.

At our recent AGM we had a very poor turnout from members and as a result some key positions on the Executive Committee were not filled.

I would like to appeal to all members to consider some of these positions very carefully and let me know if you would consider helping us out.

Your club can only be a success if we can get as much help as possible and I can't do it by myself, so please look at the positions available.

If you think this would be something for you please contact me as soon as possible.

Presidents' Message to All Members.

The next year is one of the most important years in the history of Bolton Hockey Club.

As most of you are aware we haved been granted planning permission for a new pitch at Bolton Indians. The main problem we have is, as usual, the problem of finance. We need to raise as much money as possible to help finance this dream. That is why I am writing this message to appeal for your help in the year ahead to help raise funds. We need members to support fund raising activities on a much greater scale than they have in previous years or we will never achieve our goal.

If you have any ideas how we can raise money or if there is anything you would like us to try. Then please let the committee know and we will consider them. If we do not get the support from members, to help with this task, then I am afraid we will never achieve our dream of having our own pitch.

Let us all work together to make Bolton Hockey Club one of the biggest and best in the North-West.
