Bolton Sport and Physical Activity Awards 2007
At the recent awards presentation (07/03/08) Bolton Hockey Club were awarded with the first prize as Club of the Year and hereby being selected to represent Bolton at the North West finals at the City of Manchester Stadium.
Bolton HC beat off stiff competition from 11 other clubs in Bolton including Bolton Amateur Swimming Club and Bolton County AFC to name just a few.
The award was a reward for all the hard work done by everybody at the club last year, and the great results on the pitch that culminated in 4 Teams gaining promotion to higher divisions.
The club is this year concentrating all it's efforts on gaining funding for building it's own Astro Turf pitch based at BISC club.

Under the main Gallery section, there's a number of photo's from previous seasonsunder the Archives Section for the Men's 1s and Men's 4s. And as added bonus, especially for the gents, I've added photo's from the School Disco held a Green Lane a couple of years ago featuring our very own lovely ladies.
I've made the photo's as small as possible so that you are able to view them on your PC, but depending on the speed of your internet connection, you may have to allow time for them to download properly.
There is training for the Under 18 Boys at Thornleigh Salesian College from Monday 29th January from 7.00pm until 8.00pm.

Captains! Now the website is now up and running, I've still waiting for your write ups. Outstanding infor required from Men's 4th's (comon Mr. Carney, you're letting me down and embarrising me) Men's 5th's; Men's 6th's; Badgers; Ladies 1's; Ladies 2's and Ladies 3's.
Kenn Crossley (Kyle's dad) has very kindly taken most of the action shots and he will try his very best to get action shots and up to date team photo's of your teams.
Remember the website is for you and the club and is only as good as the information that's on and current.
